Yes furnished, forgot that in the requirements section. I would say max of $1200 a month.

There are a couple of detached guest houses on Airbnb that would probably work something out with you - most of the actual houses on there seem to be out of your price range

However - I have found lots of folks who use Airbnb are open to outside deals with folks
