I can't guarantee this is the guy but I do know there is a Mennonite locally that raises exotic animals and has a kangaroo. I don't know the legality of it all but I know the community here has done work for that exotic animal safari place around Strafford so that may be why they had them?

I could be entirely off though, crash reports also say some folks from Kansas City also had a crash with a box truck over the weekend so it could have been those people too.
