Trash service is included in some HOA. As you are asking about trash, it means you are renting a house. The renters in my neighborhood didn't use the trash service because they didn't knownit was paid for. Ask the landlord/agent.

That only applies to HOAs. The vast majority of us who own homes DO have to call and pay for trash service.
