Not just superficially though - as advertisers bail from twitter, they have TikTok, fb/insta, Google as their alternative major options.

The difference in scale between Twitter and FB+IG is so massive, no one on the Meta side cares. No advertisers were ever placing ads on Twitter and not on FB+IG.
