We have the same taste. Derry Girls and Extraordinary are two I've seen multiple times.

Have you tried Lovesick? It's not Irish, but it is a UK series. My wife and I just finished it on Netflix.

I also loved Catastrophe (I think on Prime) and You're The Worst on Hulu. Getting ready to try Bad Sisters on Apple TV, has one of the leads from Catastrophe in it.

I started the first episode of Lovesick and couldn't get into it, maybe I should give it another try. I haven't seen the others though, so thanks for the recommendations!
