What shows that were cancelled after one season could have been great?

I always thought Vinyl (2016) had the potential to be great, and while it was a bit of a mess but I enjoyed it. Scorsese and Mick Jagger produced it, great music, looked amazing, and it had some great performances in it but somehow it didn’t come together to be more than the sum of it’s parts which is a shame.
