That said, I have heard good things about it but, because of that, fall in that category of 'show that seems good enough to pay attention to, so I can never be bothered to start it as something to just binge-watch on a quiet weekend.'

I like this show a lot, it was one of my favorites from last year. So there are at least two of us!

That's the point of my comment. OP seems to recognise reddit's completely disproportionate dislike of Schumer, but is somehow surprised that her show isn't being discussed.

Yeah it dawned on me while I was writing the post. But I figured, well I'm here, so there may be others.

Edit: watched a couple of episodes and it's pretty good! It's funny and miserable which is fine with me. Not sure where it's going to go and it might get old but I'm happy to stick with it for a few.
