I remember seeing this being aired on TV in Bahrain while it was still in the cinema in the UK. Some countries really didn't care about piracy.

Also, what's the big deal with this Atlanta episode? Should I watch it even if I've never seen the rest of the show?

It's a stand-alone episode and requires zero knowledge of the show to follow.

If you liked A Goofy Movie, I highly recommend it.
