For me, it was Ben Linus from Lost. The dude literally committed mass murder against the DHARMA Initiative (some of them were evil, but some of them weren’t), kidnapped and enslaved numerous people, (and even killed and tortured some of them), and was a constant thorn in the side of the heroes. 🌹
His redemption made sense in the long run, but honestly, I don’t think he deserved it. He should’ve been killed by MIB or even by one of the heroes. 💨
