I would be wary calling them that. Some people just don't use English as their first language, and so, can seem AI-ish. It doesn't always mean they are. I looked at that user's post history and it doesn't really give me that "vibe" you're picking on.

One of the give-aways is, bots don't answer when you talk to them.
