Number one: you have some great friends. True Bros. They want to help you out in such a special way. Number Two: I’m an eye doctor and I can confirm that while they often end up as a novelty because they don’t actually work. They have an initial wow factor because they see a separation that they might not have been aware of, but it doesn’t actually enable you to see color if you are indeed color deficient. They would at best be used to spot check to confirm a color difference, it wouldn’t be able to perform that task as a daily use glasses. You can always tell them that an eye doctor told you they don’t work. That all said, these guys are the legit bros. They’ll get it if you come clean.
