It's funny because we have a detachable showerhead, but our water temperature is very funky lol

Lol okay then, just a weird fluke. I have a similar issue in my apartment building. Both that the water level fluctuates significantly after any other nearby water system being used AND the oversensitivity of the faucet. So annoying.
