Alt-Erlaa in Vienna has about 10,000 inhabitants. It is very popular subsidized housing,featuring rooftop and indoor swimming pools and club and hobby spaces, as well as all amenities (shops, schools, church etc) within the complex.

Maybe they don’t show up in online search since they are less than 2/3 public housing and more than 1/3 privatized
