A Bottlo is any bottle shop, "drive thru" or otherwise. Drive-thrus aren't as common as they used to be though.

Mostly because pubs aren't as common as they used to be. Usually, but not always if there is an old established pub there is a drive through bottlo attached to it.

To be honest I prefer the walk ins like Dan Murphys, its like a massive store of happy drunkenness.
