I know her brother Tom, I worked with him for a while… he accepted this was the outcome a long time ago… but still couldn’t let it go… I’m glad he finally got closure on it…

Does he say anything about the motive? Seems weird this dude would fight with his wife and then go downstairs to kill the neighbor. Also unsettling that they believe he lead a life of hurting people. Glad he’s been dead 30 years.
