Unless that's a dent in the rear door, looks like maybe it's only a wax scratch which shouldn't be too expensive to repair. If you've got uninsured/underinsured coverage, and the vehicle was parked and unoccupied, you just need to have a police report for full coverage. Plastic-looking parts, idk.

Make a police report, with that police report number you can make an insurance claim for hit and runs and there is NO DEDUCTABLE in VT. Your insurance might play dumb but its law here.
