Owning a structure on leased land seems like such a bad situation. Not a knock on you, OP, just an observation based on what happened on Lakeshore in Colchester and reading stories like yours.

I call myself stupid for getting it all the time. It was just a really good deal at the time. But when you calculate all the money and work i put into it for not being on my property it was a very stupid decision.

Jesus Christ, that is atrocious. The lease was “violated” because of a natural disaster that no one had any control over?? For fucks sake, how did the court side with that?! Insane!
