We use Little Remedies. Same thing, and our 1 y.o. likes the flavor better than the Tylenol brand. Amazon has it in stock. Amazon also has the Tylenol in stock. Granted I’m a flatlander so I recognize delivery times to VT may not make this feasible for a sick kid.
