Silly. Liberal does not equal progressive as you imply.
A simple look at their positions shows they are a liberal policy group.
Who founded this group is irrelevant as people can and do change their political affiliation.
Not sure why that bothers you that they are liberal. It doesn’t mean they are nefarious actors or does it mean they are saints.
They are a Washington corporation who’s main objective is to provide a good living for themselves. If you think they are honestly working to help you, you are delusional.

Yea, because suppressing the vote and gerrymandering have become key tools of the GOP since they can't win the war of ideas. Any effort against that instantly gives the organization a left-leaning label.

Both parties gerrymander. The gop has a majority in the house because of a failure by Dems in NY
Our state gerrymandered the islands and parts of Franklin county this year.
It is a process both parties abuse, this is a known fact.

And which one needs to gerrymander for survival? This is the same "logic" applied to super pacs. Republicans rush to use a whole lot of dark money (or gerrymander) and Democrats respond in kind since that's how the rules are set up, but let's not pretend they are equal.

Sure. Because the VT legislators didn’t gerrymand our state districts last year.
If you believe I s only republicans that gerrymander districts you are hopelessly naive.
