For anyone looking to pitch a feature animation project, create the whole film using rough sketches / stills, usually taken from the storyboard. Add your placeholder sound, music, voiceovers etc.

1. If people are engaged by the above, you’re on to a winner and more likely to get the desired funding.

2. if the story still needs work, or has pacing issues, you can fix all of that before committing to the animation.
