There's definitely a "lunch time" stagnation on trading. But this holds water if there's no news or calendar activities.

Nasdaq hit 200ma and bounced back down. It means that we’re not ready for a major rally and short term there is a high change that we’re going back down or stagnating here.

I usually sell calls at open because the pattern has been thats when there is the morning run up in price so I sell calls on green days and the morning run up.

Because there's a lot to digest in the morning after news come out between market close and sleepy time. Also addicts start itching to gamble after so much time of sitting around and waiting for markets to open.
