You laugh and yet interest rates have climbed while average people have gone into debt to buy groceries and gas. China and Russia are aligned against the US in a proxy war that threatens WW3 and we’re heading into a debt ceiling fight that threatens the credit of this country that has stood firm for 240+ years. Please tell my why you are bullish? Cuz they have 300 bils for banks that bought bad treasuries?

Do you want to eat meat or a clean non-processed plant based diet?

Kind of a trick question. Because the answer doesn't matter as Beyond Meat is neither of those things.

Nope. Their business performance is poor, so there’s no reason to expect meaningful growth, especially since the product is targeted towards health-conscious consumers, but has more sodium and saturated fats than meat. Plus it doesn’t have the nutrients one would get from meat (with the exception of high calcium).

My 401k has about 12k worth of SCHW. They seem to have gotten caught in a mess they're barely even tangentially related to. Comfortable with my mid-50s cost basis but wouldn't mind buying more around 50 if it keeps dropping.

...every day's the same when you're unemployed I guess?

I suppose I should warn you of the macroeconomic headwinds facing the automotive market...slowing car sales, chip shortages, etc. but seems you've made your play already. There are certainly worse companies than HMC to park your money, and Beyond is one of them.

Godspeed, fellow regard.
