i'd just give them the $10 in cash. if they live in DC they almost certainly have a smartrip already.

Lol they did a messaging campaign around it to scare people into paying. They ain’t changed policies.

They told managers to let it slide because the liability they expose themselves to by trying to stop people was higher than the returns of actually stopping people. That ain’t changed either.
