I might be able to get by a bit, but I'd still need a car to get to work out in Tysons one day a week.

I'm planning to move to Baltimore soon though, and probably will still do MARC + Metro for that one day I have to go into the office a week.

Fox's 9-1-1 is my guilty pleasure, and I've noticed they almost never run on that show, which seems surprising for the "first responder" genre. I guess they had someone consulting who really understood this.

Only modification to this is that I would ask the landlord to remove the increase before asking that they move it by two months. Then pull in OTA if necessary. (After making sure you didn’t miss the notice somehow.)

Personally, if it’s a year lease renewing for a full year I might push against the increase altogether—they missed their chance for the year by not notifying.
