Well even in India, they've been trying hard to rather control the judiciary and control through ministry.

Pakistani government probably will do something illegal and want to prevent court from interfering.

Gee, why not just get rid of all courts and rule by decree, maybe the rulers can go back to wearing purple robes, /S/
