No it's not... You're either willing to go "FIX" Somalia or you're not.
You're gonna talk a big game but you're not willing to play.

ALSO, the U.N. has already been there, the Somalis didn't want the U.S. or the U.N. there..

It's the responsibility of the Somalis to better themselves, I nor anyone else is obligated to care, not one little bit.
