The DDoS attacks they are actually investigating against other services are also not "hacked" despite how the media phrases it - a DDoS attack is not hacking anything, it's more like creating a traffic jam and a really long lineup. It's basically just overloading the server until nobody can use it, not accessing any data or modifying anything or breaking any security.
