I’m not sure exactly how to phrase this, but issues like these point out a contradiction in current green environmental policy.

We want to protect nature in its pristine form. But we also want to re do our power grid, install renewable energy plants and make all cars electric.

We don’t have enough metals like copper, lithium, and cobalt to do this. Which means we will have to open up many many new mines, which is really destructive to nature and the surrounding communities.

An uncomfortable truth we need to start looking at.

Right but… a vast majority of this world is homophobic, that’s the unfortunate truth.

Sure, South Africa leans towards Russia. The west leans to and is closely aligned with Saudi Arabia and the GCC. They even give those fuckers bombs to kill random Yemeni children.

Individuals choosing to march in solidarity with others ≠ the actions of their government and whom they align their foreign policy with.

All of you just read irrefutable evidence that fungus people walk among us. Not only are they vicious, they are intelligent. It's only a matter of time until they overwhelm us all. And I for one welcome our new fungus overlords. I would like to remind them as a spokesman on reddit with 18k karma, I would be useful in corralling others to toil in the fungal sugar mines.

I guess you also skipped over the part where the US/CIA directly interfered with their government.

You realize things have an origin point right?

Imagine if their intelligence agency directly orchestrated overthrowing your government in favor of a puppet.

You can't simply see things as one sided. Otherwise history repeats itself.

Both sides are to blame for escalation recently. The biggest being Trump killing the nuclear deal and furthering sanctions on Iran.
