As someone who usually travels there, you can get away with taking the bus or walking, but I will say before you take a bee line bus, just make sure you have a metrocard on you and know where your stop is, because if you don’t pull that cord to let them stop, they’ll keep going. Also I’ve only been there in the late afternoon (6pm) and I can attest as to many people here that Getty Square is not a place you want to be at past 7 or 8. It’s not because of the crackheads, but there’s just not a lot of light and that gives way to a lot of crime. So yeah.
