It's fiat so it expires when the US financial system does. Which seems soon.

You still failed to explain the lack of due process of how if one was sentenced to death for mass murder as the jury would go over the evidence and come to the conclusion of a guilty verdict and how the perpetrator would be given the death penalty and promptly executed how that would not be due process.

What about only applying the death penalty to the most heinous of crimes (mass murderers etc), skip the death row and straight to firing line?

Reading the comments it looks like people can't read charts. If you would graph that the average highest temperature in that time point is falling not rising. It's getting colder.

Germany shut down all of their nuclear reactors because of environmentalists but it seems the environmentalists were paid by Russia, now Germany is reliant on fossil fuels from Russia and other countries.
They're trying to do the same for France but France has 80% of its energy from nuclear power.

Wasn't bad, and was managed properly.
Nuclear reactors now are hugely more efficient and safer than back then.

I agree with that. As for the County's they are usually supposed to take care of their own infrastructure (see how roads can be paved in some county's regularly and others not). Major projects probably need additional resources, but should be by the town/city first before that.
