Berkshire East aka Berkshire Ice!!!

It still doesn’t change my day to day life. And a northerner can’t bring the weather south.

Most move for Jobs or education. Not for the so called way of life. I moved to NC because winters to me are the worst. Not for any supposed way of life. My day to day life is exactly the same as it was in Massachusetts, and except warmer.

As someone who’s lived in Mass, California, Virginia and North Carolina. That stupid saying of “ Don’t change our way of life” has to be the most ignorant one. We all live in the U.S.A for crying out loud. The way of life in San Diego is pretty much the same as Boston. The way of Life in Wilmington was the same as Boston and San Diego. There’s literally nothing to change. Some of the food is different, the way certain things are done like trash, water / sewer etc are different. But quite literally everything else is the same. People in NH don’t live a unique lifestyle that is just NH.

I’m a 1st generation American of Greek parents. They owned a Pizza shop in the Boston area from 1970-2007. They sold it to an Albanian couple and they still operate it to this day. Most of my Parents friends and relatives also owned pizza joints.

Why????

Portland is under 4 hour’s drive from Northampton.

I started driving in 1987, this particular stretch of road has been terrible since then. It’s literally never been addressed since. It is absolutely a car eater.

My teenage kids call their friends Bruh. It’s really annoying, and they all have nicknames for each other. Some kids I learned their real names years after meeting them.

Slayer is awful, should never be included in the big 4.

So , Is Springfield part of the Greater Hartford Metro? There’s a commuter rail line between the two cities , plus they are only 22 miles apart.

If marketed well a Hartford area team could draw from the Springfield area. Although I’m pretty sure they tried back then , but the Bruins were very much the preferred team with the Rangers a close 2nd.

I used to drive down to Hartford from Springfield when the Bruins were in town. Always easy to get good seat at the HCC.

They are adjusted correctly, just very bright.

My regular headlights on my Volvo are insanely bright. The High beams are ridiculously bright. They are LED’s and imho they are too bright. I shut off the auto High/Low beam because it would switch to the Highs and not shut off and blind people. They are great driving on a dark back road. But high traffic areas I’m sure they annoy people.

Not that out of the ordinary, the next two and a half months will be cold though.

And here we have another upstanding citizen, full of love and understanding.
