They were that close pushing the button in the cold war. What are you on about lol.

You said the very same thing when Russia spent like a month amassing troops at the Ukrainian border, didn't you.

"Just sabre rattling" am I right? A lot of people weee wrong once, wouldn't be surprised if they are wrong again.

Puting is in a position he literally can't back out from, and he was crazy enough to try to invade a souvereign country.

If he actually loses the war completely, don't doubt for a second he will be capable of the worst.

Well yeah we already pay more into the EU fund than anyone else. And we did bail out Greece and others.

You think Germany isn't austere? We had a "no new debt" policy for ages and completely screwed up investments into the next generations in the process.

You don't just get to have bloated, ineffective, corrupt governments for decades and then Germany has to bail you out whenever shit hits the fan.

Fuck that. Get your shit in order for fucks sake.

You assuming I don't like the game just because I said it didn't set the standard in terms of exploration is very defensive, yes.

I didn't downvote you. I got downvoted too and didn't automatically assume it mustve been you. Again, seems defensive, sorry.

Yeah sadly seems like it won't, thanks for staying polite at least. Likewise happy holidays.

W3 set the standard for quests and storytelling, yes.

Not exploration, certainly not traversal or combat for that matter. It's not an exploation based open world.

I don't dislike W3 in the slightest, your whole defensive rant is based on weird assumptions.

It changed open world games, and so did botw, in very different ways.

In some ways it was for open worlds. It's the combination of almost no barriers traversal and topography/points of interest.

Plenty of devs cite it as an influence these days. Head devs of Assasind Creed, Ghost of Tsushima etc.

It was designed by having testers run through thr open world and watch their pathing in real time, thousands of times, to place points lf interest in a manner that there are always multiple ones in sight, even with all the verticality going on.

The open world itself is one of the best ever created.
