There's been years of talk, often centered around moving Republic Road to the North to cross Campbell, but the businesses always raise hell and it goes nowhere.

No, there were 2700 flights cancelled Thursday, 5900 Friday, 3400 Saturday, and 3100 Sunday. Already 1700 and climbing today. Somewhere around 17,000 flights cancelled in 5 days with over 1/4 million passengers impacted. Everywhere is impacted, entire airports have closed (Seattle, Buffalo).

Normally I try to stay in the southern airports out of Springfield in winter, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte. Usually it’s Dallas because American has the most presence at SGF and Dallas has onsite hotels and more food options. If I hit trouble I can still route through Charlotte or Chicago.

The real issue is traveling without an emergency strategy, look into credit cards with trip delay and cancellation protections if you can.

OP has tried police intervention, so clearly wants protection of some sort. The best legal path to get the police to do something would be to follow the ex parte process. If he shows up, then he can be served.

Yes, that would then be the point. Violation of a restraining order means an arrest. The cops, without one, will likely not do anything as has been the case.

Quite probably, but we know the developers claim they were having $800 utility bills as part of why they tore it down, the evidence through CU’s website shows that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Ralph Duda III with BK&M said the tenants that were living in the home were moved to a different property, and the building was boarded up because the house is deteriorating.

“There was issue after issue,” Duda said. “Their utility bill was close to $800 a month. The insulation is terrible. The windows are bad. There’s frequent leaks. Drains don’t drain. The HVAC air-conditioning unit blew out (and) a lot of wood rot around the house.
