pretty impressive stuff. a little unnerving lol, but I guess we'll see where this goes. this is using old data. the next revision will have a HUUUUGE order of magnitude more data that it was trained against, so it should be a lot better, on paper

this is excellent. it's also because she's been a great governor. huge contrast to brownback. the videos of ted cruz getting boo'd are childsplay compared to all the times brownback got booed at nearly every public even he attended. never again, hopefully

completely random but this immediately gave me flashbacks of netherspite's room in the raid instance karazhan in the burning crusade. i just remember a really tall ceiling with huge floor to ceiling windows and an overall dark bluish color to everything.
i didn't play classic TBC so i'm remembering the OG one from 15 years ago in 2007. jesus how has sit been that long

they look nice for productivity. i do have two LG dual-up vertical monitors which look great and work well for productivity. i'm just trying to find the ideal does-it-all monitor that i can game on, but also do productivity. this wasn't a problem in the past, but right now, to get one, you often sacrifice in the other. (due to sub-optimal sub-pixel layout, lower DPI for high refresh gaming monitors, ultrawide trend, curved trend, anti-glare trend, etc)

i have the neo g9 and while it looks amazing, the text clarity could be a lot better and pixel density isn't the best for non-media use. 8k would help both of those things. but...... then again, 8k would be hard to drive, so i think a solid 4k NORMAL SHAPE/SIZE/FLAT monitor is what a lot of people want, but they all keep making massive curved turds that nobody is asking for. i decided to wall mount this time instead of clamp arm, so i can move desk back a hair and get even more distance and completely free my desk top, but being ultraside and curved, i might as well have 3 monitors on my desk, because the curve is so aggressive that it hangs over the desk and is no different than running triple monitor sitting on the desk. it's really annoying. also, being so wide, if i put side monitors to each side, they'll be like nearly 90 degrees to the right/left, which is not ergo at all. if i buy a second g9 (non-neo) to match this one to put above it, i can't angle it down because it would make a gap between the monitors, a big one, thanks to the curve lol. if it were flat, you could angle the top one down without a gap. i just hate everything about it, but it's still the best looking monitor i've seen in game so far. (i also own the 48" LG ultragear gaming OLED)
gimme 4k, 19:10, full array backlight with similar backlight density as the neo g9, 240hz, flat, glossy, and we're in business

and you forget their top down corruption and negligence causing a lack of maintenance. they've been falling apart (listen to the recent intercepted calls from the last two weeks, they're all complaining about it), not to mention three of their jets crashed IN RUSSIA, due to failures, likely resulting from all of the above
and i'm stating a fact, go look at all the footage from the last 2-3 months. the tanks are getting older and older. they can't even get uniforms for the conscripts but you think it's wishful thinking to believe they're starting to run out of newer tanks?
they will always have a set number minimum they'll keep on hand for the defense of their borders, so running out doesn't mean russia has zero new tanks. it means they're running out of the ones they're willing to lose

well there's something missing in their part chain, as they've been sending ancient tanks in the last couple months, and even getting more from belarus

not even remotely true. their tank production completely stopped and the only line they've been able to start are ancient tanks. they can't even build ladas and resorted to restarting their moskvich production line, if that says anything. they have raw resources, but war weapons need technology that russia imports, but now, can't, due to sanctions

ah i can actually see the photo now. the only dangerous part then would be the weight of the door and risk of it slamming down; so if you secure it so it can't move while you replace it, i think it's a no-brainer. though i wonder why OP is asking since just looking at it should be fairly obvious how straightforward it should be

they lost A LOT of business i think since the beginning of this year. my local walgreens had a period of time months ago when the line was huge and it was impossible to get through the pharmacy window without sitting in the parking lot for over an hour. calls never went through. it was hell when i was needing to renew. their website on google maps had pages of one star reviews (now including mine), and even the ones near it. switched to csv and haven't looked back. they always seem short staffed and their staff always looked overworked
edit: oh and they emailed me (they being CEO, allegedly) saying something like "we get it, we hold ourselves to high standards and we currently are missing the mark, blah blah". too late

i'm stating facts. my friend had his break and it bent one of the tracks and punched a hole in his wall. those tracks are really rigid and it bent that crap like it was paper. just about the same result when it happened to my brother's garage door.
now if there's a way to remove it without tension, that would probably be worth DIY'ing, but i don't know enough about them to say without looking at some. even then, garage doors are pretty heavy. my last house had doors with fancy wooden fascia to meet hoa standards and with insulation added, the box store openers couldn't open it. when the garage dude was installing the new setup, he told me to try to lift the door. legit would barely move. if you remove with door at highest point to remove tension, or as much as possible, now you have a door elevated without assistance.
pay the pros is not bad advice when safely is a concern. if a pro (assuming you are based on this comment?) disagree, post your credentials and why you think they should try it

the problem is, no matter how safely you do this, it can break randomly and smash your face in and disfigure you. these break all the time randomly, and usually leave a trail of destruction. if that happens while you're up on the ladder, it's possibly game over for you. if you hire someone, and it happens to them, well it's their job, they're likely taking extra precautions for this event, and worst case, they have insurance, and your face will still be intact. I think for dangerous things like this, it's better to let the pros do it

is it? because i literally watched a video of them touring a factory they brought back online. they're bringing tanks in from belarus nonstop for weeks now. you think that's without reason? they need more tanks and they can't build anything remotely new because of sanctions
5kyl3r t1_ite3zgf wrote
they can't even make tanks. literally. they turned on production of their world war 1 OLD AF* tanks because they're literally incapable of making anything newer.
same with cars. they can't even make their cheap econobox Ladas. they're literally restarting production of the moskvich, a soviet era car.
so.... getting to orbit is probably low on their list. they can't even make weapons for their terrorism they're waging in ukraine. they're literally having to buy weapons from iran.
