Just an FYI, most Renters insurance policies have a theft claim. Doesn’t replace any data loss but you can recover the value of your computer.

The views from the Charles River are pretty nice. Too cold this time of year, and the opposite of high but you can rent a kayak fire a reasonable amount in the summer.

I think Life Alive has some good options. I especially like their oat milk latte.

Reply to I last visited the New England Aquarium 8 years ago. Would it be worth going again? by TheTwelveYearOld
I’m not someone who usually smokes, but I love taking a couple gummies before the aquarium and watching the penguins. I feel like I could watch them for hours.
Especially if you go near feeding time, it’s very entertaining to watch the behavior of different penguins, they def have different personalities.
Also if you know someone who works at MGH they get really cheap tickets.

I was under the impression it was required to have a DL to have insurance, how do you insure without a DL, I had to provide mine to insure?

What is your reason for them to not have a license?
We know that some people are here illegally, whatever the reason, would you prefer:
A) they drive without car insurance, so if you get rear ended you have to pay
B) they drive with car insurance so if you get rear ended you don’t have to pay.
Either way we already established they are here illegally. The license doesn’t give them the ability to vote, and this law doesn’t give a pathway to citizenship, so I don’t really see the issue with it.

Massachusetts also allows requiring first and last month, which would be full in this case. I don’t think the full payment would be an issue given the length of the lease.
Legally I’m pretty sure you could argue a cheaper “pay in full” just by calling it a 2 month sublet with first and last required, and the more expensive option just called a month to month rental, but I’m not a lawyer.
