You are saying better pay some income tax then buy some paper towels? Very happy people’s in FL can afford private schools. Maybe cause not overtaxed

You can pay less in MA, NC, VA for example(much less) and also be happy or even more happy

Best economy? Have you seen how many businesses closing? How many “for lease” spaces which stay vacant for years? Even credit agencies score for CT almost worst in US. This is not one of the best economy, this is very deep in trouble economy

Don’t move here. State in bad shape economically( big businesses going out, small businesses closing, lot of place with lease sign), bad infrastructure, everything old and outdated, abandoned properties around Can’t wait to move out from here( couple more years unfortunately) Moved in 1,5 year ago and it was huge mistake. Living in West Hartford btw. Lot more states are better, much better. Some people never live somewhere else and can’t compare

Don’t know where are you living now. But my suggestion don’t move here. I did the same and it was huge mistake. The area very old and outdated, economically in hole, infrastructure pretty bad(roads, power poles, trash on streets, etc). Can’t wait to move out from here(unfortunately 2 more years). Live in West Hartford btw

Everything old and outdated. All changes going very very very slow. I don’t care about higher taxes if state give something back, but CT give nothing back It looks like everything is dying Check how many sign for lease. Business going out, people moving out A lot of abandoned buildings and neighborhoods, ghettos and slums There is no hope here

Not fun of FL,but if you say it comparable FL still looks more preferable in most cases(not for me, but for most). Don’t know why everybody here know only 2 states(CT and FL). VA, NC for example. Schools pretty comparable if you want compare only schools. All other much better
