They actually have a location right by the Alamo on Campbell now. It's quite nice. I'm from STL so my CU is in STL and it's the only ATM I can use without a fee on top of that.

Go to a credit union. Banks suck. My girlfriend has METRO CU and they seem pretty good.

My only advice is avoiding the USPS at all costs. Took me months to get into it, then it was awful.

Looks like you got advice already. But I'm gonna echo what some other people here have said. HOAs are absolute garbage usually ran by power tripping middle aged bored people. Avoid at all costs in the future.
