If you want to come north, there's a huge lot at Emerald Square Mall that's always completely empty, except when the carnival or the discount meat guy are in town.

I've been watching local MA prices for a few months, and they seem to be very slowly sliding downwards. I think it's going to take a fair bit of time for this region's prices to find a stable "low" point.

Nova Farms often carries $20 1/8ths. After taxes, the final price is close to $25.

The JCC on Elmgrove has everything you're looking for, except replace the hot tub with a full swimming pool. Membership also gets you access to all sorts of great job-gym programming.

Patel Bros. supermarket in North Attleboro frequently hangs signs and posters for various Indian social, religious, and cultural events. I'd bet that will get you at least close to what you're looking for.
