There is a rising tide of stupidity and homicidal selfishness that nothing but cement barricades can fix I’m afraid. The city, the cops, the government… they are populated by those same idiots.

Just remember this is the city where folks cut down new trees to stop gentrification and to protect the most scared of Philadelphia cows "THE PARKING SPOT" so It's really not that surprising. Disgusting, but not surprising.

No traffic law enforcement = more death. It’s not a complicated discussion.
Since laws aren’t enforced I feel like cyclists should just install barriers without permission.
