Lol he would have to admit to buying drugs to get these people in trouble. Guess what happen when you buy something? You come into possession of said thing. There's no need to search for any physical drugs when he already confess to being in possession of drugs and then consuming it.

Yeah these people must not be from Texas. They will bust the drug dealer, hold OP's money as evidence, and jail his ass for possession.

Even without electronic payments, Fed would just print money with increasingly more zeros is all. Look at Zimbabwe, that's literally the inflation situation you're thinking about without electronic payment and even them still have the brain to print cash with 000000000000000 instead of using the old obsolete greenbacks.

Money don't lie in this case though. The game cost $70, movie ticket average $10. 15 million time $70 is wayyyy bigger than 70 million time $10.

The game make wayyyy more money than the movie. A simple math 70 million time $10 for movie ticket versus 15 million time $70 for video game copy.

You gonna need to put the number in relative to expected result. A new IP from a team that haven't done anything like this before selling 15 millions when the average AAA game release is not even 5 million is a huge success, especially when there's a call to boycott. An established IP selling 70 million tickets when you're expected to do 100 million is a failure.

Well, good news is you're too young for court. Bad news is the moment you "head toward" and initiate the attack you're fully to blame for your actions. Depending on the school and how far that kid's guardian push it, you're looking at suspension to expel. Best you can do now is gathering every evidence you got of the bullying and let your mom know so she know the full picture and be prepared for the meeting. Don't let your mom go in there unprepared, she can't defend you without knowing what's going on and got ambushed with their version of events.

If he's not current on his payments their insurance would have flat out deny the claim so you at least can rule that out.

Ofcourse. There are plenty of black people who are racist af, just like any other. And just like any other, they should be ashamed of that and work on it. Anyone who demand special treatment for the color of their skin should be shamed.

Friendly reminder that there's a reason Pride is one of the Sins.
That's a good friend who is just trying to look out for you in ways that are still considerate of your feeling. Just take the food with grace and eat them with her. A friend like that worth way way more than pride.

He should pray to all kind of god and devil out there that the guy would agree to a settlement and drop the charge. Outside that, yeah pretty much plead guilty and ask for leniency. If what OP said about this being the first ever offense he got, leading guilty might help him get probation+ fine instead of jail time. Would still cost OP $3k-5k and medical cost for the guy + car damage though. But that's the best scenerio here.

One simple trick to turn a misdemeanor into a second degree felony real fucking quick. That's so many aggravating factors prosecutors would go for the max 20 years and judge might just agree to it.

It's a parking lot so crowded OP lost his mind over someone taking a spot from him. There are plenty of witnesses and no doubt someone would be filming when someone assault somebody.

Being a douche isn't a crime, assaulting anyone, even when that someone is a massive douche, is a serious crime, however.
Your belief is wrong, the aggravating factor isn't how severe the injury is, it's whether OP cause any bodily injury at all. Since there is injury, this is at the very least a class A misdemeanor or a third degree felony depending on which state OP in. Both of which carry jail time and fine in the thousand.
OP indeed will need an attorney. His best bet is that guy agree to a settlement. But even then, a prosecutor can still decide to prosecute OP anyway.

Not that simple, a memory consists of many parts. Let's go with your pepsi. The taste, the texture, your perception of pepsi being good or bad... are all stored in different parts of your brain. How all those parts are assembled into a complete memory is what we don't know yet.

Really depend on what actually kill you while you're sleeping. Is it old age and your system just shut down on its own, or internal bleeding, or a stroke.... So yes to both, you can just slide off into unconsciousness and slip away and not feel anything or you can also got wake up, suffer a burst of pain then die.

Good meat can cost 3-4x more than whatever they use. If the dish isn't their signature/bestseller it doesn't make sense cost-wise to use the good meat for this instead of their bestseller.
