There's an antiperspirant that "burns" your glands or something of the sort and you stop from sweating ever again.
I used one called "wetfree" for something like 5 days about 7 years ago and it was a game changer, I ain't having sweat marks in my shirts when doing sports since then.
Haven't had any related issue, but gotta admit that those days that I used it, you feel a burn that can be difficult to tolerate for some.
