Yeah there were a bunch of posts encouraging others to switch a few months back. I feel really bad for anybody who didn’t and is now throwing away buckets of cash every month. I got locked in for 13c for 3 years.

I would think the heating loss on a 550sq ft area would be pretty minimal, have you already tried winterizing your windows? Putting the shrink wrap kits over them seems to be a pretty effective way of keeping the heat in. Make sure you have a good seal on any exterior doors too.
