I would keep the oil and add heat pumps. It will cost you nothing to leave the current heating system in place. More affordable heat pump systems can be a bit lacking when it is extremely cold. We have heat pumps at work. During really cold times, we have to set the heat on the high side before the cold sets in for it to keep up. They are a pretty affordable option, but unless you get a really good system, I'd want oil to supplement here and there.

Correct. Nothing to do with nips. Towns haven't even begun allocating the funds.

Nope. Money goes to the towns for select purposes. Would have been better to make it an actual deposit. You can fit a lot of nips in a shopping bag while walking.

If they actually had a plan, I might be inclined to vote yes. If early voting means more costs to towns, I am against it.

Waaay back they were black. But that was like in the 40's. There's one at my grandmother's house. Commercial had red letters with a white plate for a while.

Snow tires, absolutely. Studs only help on icy roads. Otherwise they just make a lot of noise.
