And then you'll get helpful tips like "If you want to get a job, just walk in to their office and drop off your resume." Or other helpful tips that haven't been valid for 20+ years. (And this is coming from someone who is getting real close to that age bracket. Just because we're old doesn't mean we can't be idiots, too.)

I'd be careful with that.

It technically invalidates your card because they say ”not valid unless signed.” So if you run into the rare merchant who checks the ID they might refuse it for not being signed.

If the person taking the card is unscrupulous, giving them your ID in addition to your card gives them even more info to steal from you.

Ah, Maynard G Krebs. One of my favorite side characters of all time. I still shout out "work?!" from time to time, but nobody ever knows why.

Length of time is going to be Doctor Who. It's been on for 60 years and has had a couple spin-offs. Sarah Jane Adventures, Torchwood, Class.

Strange New Worlds started with Pike, Spock, and Number One being in season 2 of Discovery before getting their own show.
