Switch both to a provider you haven't had (or haven't had in a while). When Geico jacked my rate up to $135/mo (after years of clean driving history) I went to Progressive and Allstate for quotes -- both offered me something around $72/mo. It's just a stupid adult thing to have to shop around and change insurance companies yearly.

Schedule 35 (where I get mine from) has some good information on microdosing on their site.

We're all different -- body size/type, tolerance, etc., so I would start low at 50-100mg/day and then follow a schedule of 4 days on/3 days off. Try it for a couple of weeks and be sure to reflect on how you're feeling daily. It's important to check in with yourself to see if you're noticing a difference in how you feel. You may need to slightly up the dose, or it may not be for you.

I plan on watching as much of the game as possible from the office. Fox will give you a 'free one hour preview' on their site. If you open it up in a Chrome Private Browsing window you can quit the app once you hit the time limit, open it back up and you get a fresh one hour preview.

Washington Commanders, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox are my main teams. I support DC United and Manchester United, but haven't followed soccer recently as much as I used to.

Microdosing shrooms has helped me a good bit. It really helps to alleviate my social anxiety which sometimes makes it impossible to be around anyone other than a few specific people.

The past two nights I’ve been helping out as a vendor at KD’s Winterfest and I gotta say it’s pretty neat. Tons of lights, music, characters, hot drinks and warm treats. They do a great job with the atmosphere. It’s a lot more fun than I expected. I’m excited to go check it all out when we’re not working.

True. Including the down payment assistance grant, which was 2%, I put down a total of 3.5%. PMI comes to about $86/month for my home.

I believe that with FHA loans you get MIP which is like PMI except that it never falls off the loan. You have to refinance to get it removed. Please fact check that as it's been a minute since I've gone over all of this information.

Edit: Just looked this up -- from what I saw if you pay at least 10% down on an FHA loan you pay MIP for 11 years. Less than 10% down and you pay MIP for the entirety of the FHA loan.
