Good timing. Things have changed drastically in this area, in terms of cost of living since the beginning of the pandemic.

When did you move to Hawaii?

Believe it! When you’re more expensive than Hawaii and NYC, you might have a serious cost of living problem.

Probably the Red Sox, but any would work. The Red Sox always have some kid friendly stuff on whatever Yawkey Way is called now. He’ll probably be most interested in a helmet sundae and whatever else you get him from concessions.

Cambridge, home to MIT and many of the worlds top technology companies, can't even figure out how to provide municipal broadband.

I called and said I was cancelling last month. They gave me a new 24 month promo with pretty good pricing.

I’m sure your pipes, plumbing fixtures and appliances enjoyed the break from the corrosive Cambridge water as well. What can I say? The water is one of the worst things about living in Cambridge. You take the good with the bad.

Yeah, the clown that put a needle exchange on Green Street and then bragged about his kids having to walk by it’s users as everyone needs to do their part.

Down Mass Ave toward MIT, yes. Not that immediate area around Carl Baron Plaza, it’s gotten much worse.

I guess that police substation directly across Mass Ave isn’t helping much. Maybe if it was ever staffed.

The original owner (Pierre) sold out several years back. Before the pandemic I think, but I’ve lost all concept of time. I haven’t been there since, but it was great at the time.
Not too many other options in Central. I think all of the BSCs closed. Maybe someone will take their space eventually. Karma yoga toward HSQ had an upstairs gym that no one knew about and was pretty much private. They’re gone though.
Do you know anyone affiliated with MIT. Getting an MIT fitrec membership is a great option in this area. There’s always the YMCA in Central…
