S&S did a sloppy job on some roof repairs for our building. We recently redid the whole flat roof and went with Baran. They took the roof down 6 or more (I don’t remember) layers, did some repairs to the deck and then relayed. They were efficient and broadly well done. We chose them over capitol after having both come and quote.

The more spaces they take up on seamless the more chance of someone ordering from them! It’s a little underhanded but technically above board. Lots of places in little India are also doing this.

Avoid the Bro-scene and move to JC. Hamilton park, Van Vorst or similar might suit you. JC is more quiet, artsy and totally walkable. Hello fellow vegan also 👋 Hoboken is marginally better for vegan food than JC but many of those places will deliver or Uber Eats to JC and we do still have plenty of nice vegan places and vegan-friendly places! Most of them are downtown but there are also a few in the heights and a smattering in Journal/McGinley Sq.

Sapthigiri also, always good (service downhill since it moved). Mithaas is my second favourite.
