no. lawnmower might get stolen, but not been an issue that I know of, and I know a lot of people there.
I think some of the people posting are duing the RVA thing of talking down a neighborhood they like for fear demand will rise

ah, one of those. You can model that. Though they make life interesting. Usually more 70s houses have that

It really eats up people's free income. It's one of the big reasons people move south. Thousands of dollars every winter

interesting, it usually avoids that issue. But if your system is oversized that would be a complete issue.
You might be able to adjust airflow down a bit. Just don't go too far or the coils will freeze

yes. a tragedy. Dense development is the best for the environment.
Manhattan is ironically one of the most environmental cities in the country

a technical quibble - most heat pumps won't work, but a hyperheat inverter type will go to -5.
That said, you know if you have such a thing, and for 98% of the people out there you are correct

we should be building more housing in the city, not putting subdivisions on forest and farmland

Richmond is great. People are telling you not to move here not because they don't like it, but because they do and feel that people moving here are pushing them out.
And you won't here any of this offline.
That said, there are better and worse areas. Hillside court is public housing, and strongly in the "worse" category

I'd bet way over majority - 95%.... barring strange issues.
I'd even go so far as to say most inspectors would be rolling their eyes when they came out.
