I thought Dawn Adams would get blown away. But Rogers actually really underperformed, look at all the support for her here on Reddit.
Of course another example that one shouldn't take online too seriously

That is an insane landslide. You don't often see competitive races with blow outs like that

The law makes it very hard to evict people I'm not sure this rises to the level of an eviction.
But you can negotiate with your landlord to get out of your lease to move someplace else that would be my first step if I were you

look online there is a lot of discussion. It's probably worth hiring a lawyer, as I 'd bet they could get it down

ok? But maybe both are bad? And if you normalize theft, you get more theft?
And if theft was just about economics, you wouldn't get wealthy corporations doing it. Some people are just bad people. We need to stop them from undermining society

The good property management are the ones little talked about here. There's a selection bias - cranky people are more likely to say something.
There are a couple of places, Pollard & Bagby and Twohy, which will get everyone to agree they are bad. Those are also the most likely to take low credit of course.
Best time to move for deals is November, December, early January.
Craigslist - full of scams, some old school people. Apartments.com and zillow are good sites. They syndicate to a lot of other sites which are basically just different fronts for the same websites.
There are a lot of real steals and deals left in the Fan, I personally know a huge number. They never hit the market on turnover, no surprise, and are passed around friend groups. Put the word out and talk to your friends

omigod is it. Really Horrible in Richmond. They lie about things being delivered all the time.
I had an expensive part sent to me. 1k+. Fedex sent me an email saying it was delivered. It wasn't. I freaked out, thinking I was going to be in hell of everybody passing the buck, and called the manufacturer.
They said, oh, not a problem, we haven't shipped it yet. Fedex marked it delivered before it was shipped.
I literally bought a ring doorbell not for crime, but for fedex

Soa breakdown in society is good. I seen you are effectively endorsing wage theft too, as long as a corporation steals from a corporation in the process

ugh. That sucks. Stealing someones way to make a living is the worst.
Lowes parking lot and pawn shops of course.
Your homeowners/tenants insurance is what covers, if that's worthwhile
but the good news is now you can convert to Milwaukee!

100%!
But NH weather in winter and mud season does suck. And Nashua is on the warm side of the state, and it's 18 and snowing there right now. Hanover is 13 with a low of -1. And that feels so much colder in NE for some reason

Trump does bother me, Youngkin doesn't. I assume it's all frozen at that price point, but somehow how it is cooked matters. Flavors have always been on point at Mcleans. I do want to try Moore, but flip side more of a pain to get into
