no it really isn't. This has been discussed ad infinitum in the pizza world and proved wrong over and over again.

The best Pizza state is often though to be Connecticut. Seriously. New Jersey also has great pizza. Neither of them use NYC water.

The yeast thing actually makes no sense if you make pizza. Check out how a retarded rise works. They probably just ignored that. You WANT slow and low yeast activity.

It won't accomplish anything for the black community. (except improve traffic and fewer accidents at that horrible intersection) Ironically, it does improve our marketing to people who want to move here, which will probably result in people moving here.

Some would say more immigrants from the northeast and california will help make Richmond a better place. I certainly think that. But some will say it will cause gentrification and force black people out of the city. This is probably also true

But practically speaking, taking down the other statues and leaving AP hill is silly. We should be taking down AP Hill

yes. Key is enough. But the fact no one is discussing is population growth.

US Population 1970 203million

US Population 2020 331 Million.

Over a 50% more people in the US. Are there 50% more places to live in New York? No. In Richmond? Also no.

The housing crisis is really quite simple. To house 50% more people you need 50% more housing. And we basically banned dense urban housing in 1970 through zoning

key is just get yourself out there, but yeah, if you figure out something you like doing you are more likely to have stuff in common with the people you meet.

But you do need to get out there, no one will come to you. And it's hard out of college
